SHIPPING POLICY

All Hermosa Babi orders are dispatched from the United Arab Emirates. We ship throughout the UAE, United Kingdom and internationally.

UAE DELIVERY

Express Delivery — AED 20
Estimated delivery: 1 business day
Complimentary express delivery is available on orders over AED 300.

Dubai Same-Day Delivery — AED 30

Available for eligible Dubai addresses. Orders must be placed before the same-day delivery cut-off shown at checkout.
Complimentary same-day delivery is available on orders over AED 500.

Same-day delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery address, order time and courier availability.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

Standard UK Delivery — £10
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

Complimentary UK delivery is available on orders over £200.

Please note that all UK orders are dispatched internationally from the UAE. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide.

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We are delighted to ship Hermosa Babi worldwide.

International shipping rates and available delivery services will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service selected. Please allow additional time for customs clearance where applicable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Hermosa Babi does not control customs charges or delays caused by local customs authorities.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during our normal business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, adverse weather or circumstances outside of our control.

Hermosa Babi cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for international shipments.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & FAILED DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
